glibc: updated to 2.16.0

* Update kernel-headers to 3.5.4

* Update --enable-kernel=2.6.25 which supports all kernel devices

* Cleanup config.cache vars on glibc:
  - Removed libc_cv_gnu89_inline=yes
  - Removed ac_cv_sizeof_long_double=0
  - Added libc_cv_forced_unwind=yes
